Esta tecnolog\u00eda, que antes parec\u00eda futurista, ya est\u00e1 al alcance de todos, y con ello, <strong>nuevas formas de violencia digital<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember674\">\u00bfEl riesgo? La creaci\u00f3n y difusi\u00f3n de contenido falso, muchas veces \u00edntimo o sensible, sin consentimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember675\">Seg\u00fan datos del INEGI (MOCIBA 2023), en 2024 <strong>m\u00e1s de 18.4 millones de personas mayores de 12 a\u00f1os fueron v\u00edctimas de ciberacoso<\/strong>. Entre los casos m\u00e1s alarmantes: &#8211; Suplantaci\u00f3n de identidad (18.3%) &#8211; Amenazas de difusi\u00f3n de contenido \u00edntimo (7.9%) &#8211; Publicaci\u00f3n o venta de im\u00e1genes sexuales generadas con IA (3.5%)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember676\">Desde 2021, la Ley General de Acceso de las Mujeres a una Vida Libre de Violencia ya reconoce la <strong>violencia digital<\/strong> y contempla el uso de IA para crear contenido simulado. Sin embargo, el <strong>C\u00f3digo Penal Federal a\u00fan no tipifica claramente estas pr\u00e1cticas como delitos espec\u00edficos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember677\">Y eso deja un gran vac\u00edo legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember678\">Si la tecnolog\u00eda avanza, las leyes tambi\u00e9n deben hacerlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember679\">Porque si no adaptamos el marco legal, millones de personas seguir\u00e1n vulnerables en el entorno digital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy m\u00e1s que nunca, necesitamos regulaci\u00f3n que <strong>proteja la imagen, privacidad y dignidad de las personas<\/strong> frente al uso indebido de la inteligencia artificial.Welcome to WordPress.
